Patients needed five-star quality healthcare, and OT2GO was created to fulfill that niche in Upstate, SC. OT2GO was established April 9, 2020 as an outpatient OT team to provide senior focused, evidence-based in Upstate, SC. Since that time, we have expanded our service niche to Preventive Health & Wellness and Productive Aging. We treat adolescents, teens, adults, aging, and underserved communities in individual and group sessions. Our team has grown to include more than 13 members in Upstate, SC and Birmingham, AL. We’ve successfully served more than 800 patients and been recognized by United Health Care and SC Healthy Connections as a “Preferred Provider.”

OT2GO Healthcare is a mobile, outpatient group that treats adolescents, teens, adults, aging and underserved communities in their homes and groups. Our team of occupational therapists (OTs) and assistants (OTAs) provide evidence-based care focused on Lifestyle Re-design ™ for individuals with chronic health conditions such as anxiety, arthritis, cancer, dementia, depression, diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, obesity, stroke, pain, and more. Our skilled interventions and education help individuals and communities to improve:
